Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2025-10-14T00:48Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
GOES: CCOR-1
Activity ID: 2025-10-14T00:48:00-CME-001 (version 2)
Source Location: N25E70
Note Keyword:
3P: 3-part structure CME
FOV: Front Bright front; may be evidence of pileup
OFL: Outflowing material at the back of the CME
OVR: Event partially overlaps with another CME
Source Signature Keyword:
PEA: Post eruption arcade
FIL: Filament eruption
DIM: Dimming
Morphology Keyword:
F: Flux Rope
Note: Bright CME seen to the E in all three coronagraphs, followed by two also very bright fronts, one with H-alpha emission. This could be the shock front of a two-lobed CME (the two following fronts being bulk fronts). Its source is the large prominence eruption on/close to the NE limb starting to lift off around 2025-10-14T00:00Z, as seen in GOES SUVI 304 (starting to rise around 2025-10-13T23:00Z), with massive post-eruptive arcades seen in SUVI 304 and 195 centered around N25E70.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type |

Analysis based on the fit of the front with two coronagraphs (SOHO LASCO C2/C3 and STEREO A COR2) and somewhat confirmed by the approximate location of the post-eruptive arcades (N25E70). |
